There is no perfect definition of rape in law. However, Akayesu Case of India sheds adequate light on this subject. It defines rape as” a physical invasion of a sexual nature committed under circumstance which is coercive.” But this definition can’t be considered complete as it doesn’t include the social stigmas that the rape victim faces after what law defines rape to occur. Galaxy S8 review so far….

The new Samsung flagship is here. Hopefully this one doesn't burn. The S7 edge is still one of the most formidable smartphones out there. And with the S8 and S8 plus, Samsung has just bettered the best to say the least. Both S8 and S8 plus now have curved screens this time around with the gorgeous looking super OLED screens with QHD plus resolutions which is an update from earlier. It is not noticable by the bare eyes but will make a huge difference while viewing VR content. The displays are also bigger at 5.8 and 6.2 inch respectively, and astonishingly in the same form factor as S7 and S7 edge! Thanks to the trimmed down bezels at the top and bottom. Therefore the S8 looks exactly like the concept phones from the 2010; bezel-less. The looks are from the future. The back is just lik. . .
